Join us for a conversation with Nell Bennett, LCSW, a Clinical Family Consultant and PEARLS Coach at the Coast Caregiver Resource Center (CCRC).

Nell brings deep experience in supporting unpaid family caregivers who are caring for older adults with complex care needs and individuals living with adult-onset neurocognitive disorders. Through her work with CCRC—a program of Cottage Health—she helps caregivers access support, education, and connect to vital community resources across the Central Coast. She’ll also be highlighting their PEARLS program; an evidence-based, no-cost community program which supports resiliancy against depression in late life and reduces isolation.

CCRC is one of 11 regional nonprofit Caregiver Resource Centers, serving more than 5.5 million unpaid family and friend caregivers throughout California. Since 1987, CCRC has supported unpaid caregivers in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties.

This session will offer insight, resources, and space for real conversation—because family caregiving is demanding, and support is available.
